The panorama safety measures include the creation of nature reserves, such becausethe bird island withinthe Altmühlsee or the shallow water areas of the Großer Brombachsee. The northern bank of the Brombachsee rises to thespalter plum and fly nation, and within the north rises the small mountain differ of the Hahnenkamm. The lakeshore is situated about one kilometer southwest of the city middle of Hechlingen am See within the Rohrach valley, which runs approximately south, between Heidenheim in the north and Polsingen within the south. Away from the lakes, the vacation panorama presents nearly countless meadows around Gunzenhausen, rich coniferous and mixed forests on the slopes across the Igelsbach and Brombachsee and in depth pine forests with yellow glowing gorse bushes between Brombach and Rothsee. With a length of 210 meters and a maximum width of 80 meters, it has an area of around 1. 4 hectares. The lake is positioned around 37 km as the crow flies south- southwest of Nuremberg and immediately northeast of Absberg and south of Stockheim. In 1972, the Nuremberg College of Schooling was integrated.
